Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken, garlic, and ginger, cooking until the chicken is browned.
- Stir in shredded carrots and green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well, cooking for another minute.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- To serve, spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and drizzle with chili sauce if desired.
