Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the pomegranate glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Grill or bake the salmon for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with additional glaze if desired.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
- Leftover glaze can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
