Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add diced tomatoes, black olives, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
