Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then let cool.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract gently until combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  8. Top with the drained crushed pineapple.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator until set, several hours.
  10. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
