- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then let cool.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract gently until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Top with the drained crushed pineapple.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, several hours.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
Pineapple Squares can be made a day in advance; just ensure they are covered in the fridge.
