Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
