- 1 can (16 oz) pizza dough
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, cutting it into squares about 2-3 inches wide.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of the filling.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
- Arrange the sealed bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a golden brown. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for even baking and experiment with different fillings for variety.
