Description

Delicious Pepperoni Pizza Bombs filled with melty mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for gatherings or a cozy movie night.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, cutting it into squares about 2-3 inches wide.
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of the filling.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
  6. Arrange the sealed bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a golden brown. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
