- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping the celery into even, bite-sized pieces.
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until fragrant.
- Mix the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Combine the chopped celery and toasted pecans in a large mixing bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently fold everything together.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
