Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.

- Add the granulated and brown sugar to the melted butter, whisking until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then mix in the vanilla extract.

- Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick.

Notes
For a richer chocolate flavor, feel free to increase the cocoa powder up to 1.5 cups but adjust flour accordingly.
