Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix in a large bowl, 1 cup of olive oil, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, beating until fully integrated.
- Prepare dry ingredients by whisking together 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in another bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in 2 cups of chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounded mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
