Description

A creamy, flavorful dip combining green olives, feta, and roasted red peppers that’s perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 200 g Green Olives (Castelvetrano or Manzanilla)
  • 150 g Feta Cheese (block feta in brine)
  • 100 g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Green Olives (for garnish)
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a spacious countertop.
  2. In a food processor, combine green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped roasted red pepper.
  3. Pulse the mixture until smooth and creamy for about 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula halfway through.
  4. Add dried oregano, chili flakes, and freshly ground black pepper; pulse again to combine. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with two green olives and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

To elevate presentation, serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl or alongside a colorful vegetable platter.
