- 200 g Green Olives (Castelvetrano or Manzanilla)
- 150 g Feta Cheese (block feta in brine)
- 100 g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 Lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 Roasted Red Pepper (chopped)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 Green Olives (for garnish)
- Drizzle of Olive Oil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a spacious countertop.
- In a food processor, combine green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped roasted red pepper.
- Pulse the mixture until smooth and creamy for about 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula halfway through.
- Add dried oregano, chili flakes, and freshly ground black pepper; pulse again to combine. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with two green olives and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
To elevate presentation, serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl or alongside a colorful vegetable platter.
