Instructions
- Cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

- Add olive oil to the rendered bacon fat, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and whisk in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until a silky sauce forms.
- Gently fold in the cooked ravioli and crumbled bacon, ensuring everything is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
