Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble, saving the rendered fat in the skillet.
  3. Add olive oil to the rendered bacon fat, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat and whisk in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until a silky sauce forms.
  5. Gently fold in the cooked ravioli and crumbled bacon, ensuring everything is coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
