Delicious and healthy oatmeal protein cookies that satisfy your cravings while providing a nutritious boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
