- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 2 tablespoons chili crisp
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar.
- Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Fold in the julienned cucumber and chopped green onions.
- Drizzle with chili crisp and toss again.
- Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
