- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 3–4 tbsp pink velvet cake mix
- Graham cracker crumbs (for coating)

Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar into the cream cheese, mixing until fluffy.
- Whip the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then add vanilla and cake mix, mixing until just blended.
- If desired, fold in food coloring to achieve preferred shade.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Toss each ball in graham cracker crumbs until coated.
- Arrange the bites on a platter and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
- Chill again until ready to serve.
