- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3–4 tbsp pink velvet cake mix
- Graham cracker crumbs (for coating)
- Optional: food coloring
- Optional: sprinkles or toppings
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar into the cream cheese, mixing until fluffy.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract and pink velvet cake mix.
- If desired, fold in food coloring for a bolder shade.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Toss each ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
- Arrange the bites on a platter and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
- Chill again until ready to serve.
Notes
Make-ahead friendly, tastes better when made a day in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
