Description

Delicious no-bake cheesecake bites infused with pink velvet cake flavoring, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 34 tbsp pink velvet cake mix
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for coating)
  • Optional: food coloring
  • Optional: sprinkles or toppings

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar into the cream cheese, mixing until fluffy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract and pink velvet cake mix.
  5. If desired, fold in food coloring for a bolder shade.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop out portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  8. Toss each ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  9. Arrange the bites on a platter and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
  10. Chill again until ready to serve.
