- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the granola, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper liners.
- Pack the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, pressing down firmly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the cups to set.
- Serve once set and enjoy!
