- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed gingerbread cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the cream cheese mixture and whip until fluffy.
- Layer the cheesecake filling over the gingerbread crust in the cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired before serving.
