- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup.
- Fill each wonton cup with the seasoned beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream, garnished with green onions.
