Description

Delicious mini taco cupcakes filled with zesty ground beef and topped with cheese, perfect for parties or a fun dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with the seasoned beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  9. Serve with salsa and sour cream, garnished with green onions.
