Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, mint, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Toast the burger buns lightly in the skillet.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, topping with mixed greens and tzatziki sauce.
