Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the pork to a baking dish and pour the maple mixture over it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the remaining glaze drizzled on top.
