Description

A delightful fusion of mac and cheese, bacon, and a juicy burger enveloped in a crispy tortilla roll.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes, then drain excess grease.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until well combined.
  3. Once the beef is ready, add it to the macaroni mixture and mix well.
  4. Lay out flour tortillas on a clean surface and place a portion of the filling on one edge. Roll tightly like a burrito, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Brush each roll with melted butter, then cook seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Alternatively, air fry at 375°F for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
