Description
A delicious and creamy Loaded Cauliflower Au Gratin that is a perfect low-carb alternative to traditional potato gratin.

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steamed cauliflower to the bowl and mix until well coated.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
- Feel free to substitute different types of cheese based on your preference.
