Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl.
- Whip the mixture with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Coat each truffle in powdered sugar or crushed graham crackers.
- Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for an additional 30 minutes.
