Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar (for coating)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the mixture with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  6. Coat each truffle in powdered sugar or crushed graham crackers.
  7. Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for an additional 30 minutes.
