Instructions

  2. Combine the flour, powdered sugar, softened butter, and salt in a medium bowl until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press the crumbly mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan, creating an even layer.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust, spreading it evenly.
