Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of fresh lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup of grated ginger
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 12 fresh red chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 packet of pectin

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemons by juicing them and removing any seeds.
  2. In a large pot, combine the lemon juice, grated ginger, chopped chilies, and sugar.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the pectin and bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
  5. Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into sterilized jars.
  7. Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
