Ingredients

- 4 cups of fresh lemons, juiced
- 1 cup of grated ginger
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1–2 fresh red chilies, finely chopped
- 1 packet of pectin
Instructions
- Prepare the lemons by juicing them and removing any seeds.
- In a large pot, combine the lemon juice, grated ginger, chopped chilies, and sugar.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the pectin and bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.

- Adjust the amount of chili according to your spice preference.
- This jam pairs well with toast, yogurt, or as a glaze for meats.
