Instructions

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Use a donut cutter to shape the dough into donuts.
  6. Fry the donuts for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
