Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for about 7-8 minutes until hard-boiled.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water and peel them carefully.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
  4. Place the peeled eggs in a container and pour the marinade over them.
  5. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions.
