Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 45 seconds until melted.
  3. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture and egg to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/4 inch thickness.
  6. Transfer the crust to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Add your favorite low-carb toppings and return to the oven until cooked.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
