Description

Delicious and tender Keto Greek Meatballs made with ground beef or lamb, feta cheese, and fresh herbs, bursting with Mediterranean flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or lamb
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • Olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, feta cheese, oregano, salt, black pepper, egg, and flour.
  2. Mix everything until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the meatballs to the skillet, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, with tzatziki sauce or a salad.
