- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter for brushing
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir and heat for another 30 seconds until smooth.
- Mix together almond flour, baking powder, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the melted cheese mixture with the dry ingredients, then add the egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 8-10 equal breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
