  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices corned beef
  • 0.75 cup sauerkraut, drained and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain and pat dry the sauerkraut.
  3. Place slices of Swiss cheese into the skillet, cooking in batches of 2–3 for about 2 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
  4. Top each cheese slice with one slice of corned beef, one tablespoon of sauerkraut, and a drizzle of Dijon mustard.
