Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • Cinnamon erythritol blend for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease your donut pan.
  2. Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Beat the eggs and then incorporate the applesauce, vanilla extract, and melted butter until blended.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry mixture, folding gently until smooth.
