Ingredients

  • 4 small low-carb tortillas
  • 10 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup Swerve granulated sugar substitute
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by blending cream cheese with confectioners and granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt until creamy and smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly from one side, tucking in the sides as you go.
  4. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over low to medium heat.
  5. Fry the roll-ups seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve with optional melted butter or extra cinnamon on top.

Notes

Prepare the cream cheese filling a day in advance for easier assembly. You can also air fry for a crispier finish.
