- 4 small low-carb tortillas
- 10 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup Swerve granulated sugar substitute
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by blending cream cheese with confectioners and granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt until creamy and smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly from one side, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over low to medium heat.
- Fry the roll-ups seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve with optional melted butter or extra cinnamon on top.
Notes
Prepare the cream cheese filling a day in advance for easier assembly. You can also air fry for a crispier finish.
