  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sour cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
