- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Main flavor component)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the sausage and veggies: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions turn translucent. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the cream mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the lightly steamed broccoli and cauliflower to the sausage mixture. Pour the creamy mixture over the top and stir until combined.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
