- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 6 slices Bacon (optional)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeño half generously with the creamy mixture.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.
