Description

Crispy, golden-brown dough wrapped around spicy jalapeños, creamy cheese, and savory mini sausages, creating a crowd-pleasing appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of mini sausages
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 34 jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Take a piece of crescent roll dough and place a small scoop of the cheese mixture and a slice of jalapeño on top.
  4. Add a mini sausage on top of the cheese and jalapeño, then roll the dough around them tightly, sealing the edges well.
  5. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they turn beautifully golden brown.
