- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough towards the point, enclosing the filling, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
