Description

A delicious and creamy cheesecake Danish made with King Hawaiian bread, perfect for dessert or a sweet breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package King Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, and egg; mix until well combined.
  4. Cut the King Hawaiian rolls in half and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the rolls.
  6. If desired, add fruit preserves on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and the rolls are golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
