- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
- Toss the cubed tofu in olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake the tofu for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- In a pan, sauté the mixed vegetables until tender.
- Once the tofu is done, toss it in the honey sriracha sauce.
- Serve the tofu over cooked rice and top with sautéed vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
