Description

Honey Sriracha Tofu Bowls are a delicious and spicy meal option that combines crispy tofu with a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce, served over a bed of rice and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
  3. Toss the cubed tofu in olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the tofu for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a pan, sauté the mixed vegetables until tender.
  6. Once the tofu is done, toss it in the honey sriracha sauce.
  7. Serve the tofu over cooked rice and top with sautéed vegetables.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
