- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
