Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
