Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
