- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
