Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), almond flour, protein powder, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
