Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup.
- These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
