Instructions

- Add the cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas.
- Mix until well combined.

- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
