- 2 cups hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Press the hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a greased pie dish to form a crust.
- Bake the hash brown crust for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into the baked hash brown crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor.
