Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Press the hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a greased pie dish to form a crust.
  3. Bake the hash brown crust for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the baked hash brown crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
