A delicious and healthy wrap filled with fresh vegetables and a unique cranberry mayo.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cup mixed greens
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Spread the cranberry mayo evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer the mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and avocado on top of the mayo.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
- This wrap can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a vegan option, use vegan mayo.
