Description

A delicious and healthy wrap filled with fresh vegetables and a unique cranberry mayo.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and mayonnaise until well combined.
  2. Spread the cranberry mayo evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer the mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and avocado on top of the mayo.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
  • This wrap can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
