- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak and sausage to the marinade, mixing well to coat.
- Thread the steak, sausage, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
