Description

Delicious grilled kabobs featuring tender steak and flavorful sausage, perfect for summer barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the steak and sausage to the marinade, mixing well to coat.
  4. Thread the steak, sausage, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
