- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced (red and yellow)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Thread the shrimp, sausage, and peppers onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through and the sausage is browned.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
