Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced (red and yellow)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Thread the shrimp, sausage, and peppers onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through and the sausage is browned.
  6. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
